The American President even today brags about shutting out Chinese citizens from traveling to America, but the reality is that he allowed over 40,000 people with American citizenship to return to America from China after the so-called lockdown. It took months before he listened to those telling him that one did not have to have symptoms in order to be contagious, and it took months longer still before he took to wearing a mask, if only occasionally. The lack of competence is criminal.
