You suggest that the women did something to have genetically higher levels ?
I could be in the situation and I wouldn't even know.
You cannot have in the panel persons so atypical, their situation and artificial hormone intakes are a very different case. They would need a separate study. But certainly the findings of this one will be used to present possible secondary effects.

It's hard to deny the science! There really is a difference between men and women. Women cannot become male inside their bodies. They can shape their body to look like a male, but inside, they are still female. Same goes for men trying to become women. It's scientifically impossible.

Particularly as "transgenders" use hormones to "transition." I would think it would be important to examine this data.

Lots of older mens,get hormone therapy to try to get back thieir youth ,but led to heart attacks
