I am usually diligent about dental appointments but am worried about one next week. I plan to call the dental office and request the tech use both an N95 face mask and a face shield or I will cancel my appointment. My last appointment six months ago the tech only wore a surgical mask and no goggles. That is not enough considering the more virulent strains of Covid present today and the generally higher infection rates prevalent.
