its took a long time to get to this stage in development, and now its being tested on a selected few people, I hope the scientists get recognised with an award for there hard work, its going to bring a lot of joy and happiness when peoples sight is returned.

Adult stem cells hold so much more promise and have already been proven to help in concrete ways. They avoid the problems of rejection and tumor causation and have so far been far more successful that embryonic stem cells. I don't know why anyone keeps fooling around with embryonic stem cells when all the action is with adult stem cells.
