No, you are still wrong about the whole thing. The reporting is fine, what is misleading is the way it is used by antivaxxers and other antiscience people to make it appear as if completely unrelated deaths are all because of the vaccine.
A good way to safely discard the opinions of those people is that they prefer to use videos instead of proper primary sources like scientific articles, it is much easier to disguise the fact that there is no evidence of what you want to conclude when the people just talk and pretend there is, that is eliminated by design in real scientific writing.

Another “scam artist” claiming the side effect reporting is suspect . But he sounds good.

In the meantime, I suppose we all need a jab because someone says so. Someone that states science is to be followed, but you’re not allowed to see it.

I think a more accurate statement would be that the risks from the vaccines are far lower than the risk from infection. I may be quibbling a little, but someone who is prone to a serious side effect of a vaccine is possibly at more risk from the vaccine than the infection. And so I hope efforts continue to try to identify those at possible risk from the vaccines.
Note that I have had both my vaccine shots and I would recommend others to do the same (unless they have a known condition that suggests otherwise). But I sometimes feel that relying on mass vaccinations shows that we still have a lot to learn about medicine and disease.

Well said @BigYen - Problem is they REALLY believe there is a conspiracy.
As pointed out - if you ever watch US TV - the verbal warnings given about the possible side effects of a new drug in a commercial are LONGER than the virtues it is trying to extol.
85-99% chance of stopping me getting sick AND a good chance that I won't be able to transmit if a silent carrier - Sign me up! Oh! I am already signed up.

This used to be a conspiracy theory. Some of it still not permitted on Google and YouTube

Sorry but that is a lie, a strawman deforming the real argument to it can be "refuted".
The real argument? that vaccines are much safer than the natural infection, and that is still true even now.

I don't see the same panic from many governments about Pfizer that I saw about the AZ jab when reports of rare chances of blood clotting came out. This is why I suspect that concerns about blood clotting from the AZ jab were played up due to politics.

So much for the conspiracy believers that still believe in a global conspiracy to hide any and all negative reports about vaccines. Scientific advancement has always depended of precise and opportune reporting in order to know the real situation, vaccines are not the exception.
