Such a nasty condition. I hope these new drug cocktails bring some peace and comfort to those infected with HIV. Bravo to the scientists for continually making the lives of suffers more manageable.

What the article fails to mention is one of the drugs, elvitegravir, was developed by our own Japan Tobacco. Good to see one of their efforts finally paid off for the well-being of humankind.

What many fail to understand that JT is not just a tobacco company they also do a lot of medical research and got many eco, etc programs going and Tobacco is not the only field they are involved in heavily.

Today's smoking rooms in stations are all designed by JT and in a way not to let the smoke get out.

Same for FujiFilm, they are doing a LOT of work in the medical field like mammography scanners, etc.

Ever bought a can of Three Diamond Tuna those come from Mitsubishi(Three Diamond check the logo) which also has their own clothing line, etc.

Those are all major companies with many subsidiaries. 3M, etc are part of the Hitachi Group.
