Awful idea. Excludes those who can’t use the technology. Also brings about a false sense of security, as you can still transmit and catch Covid after vaccination, albeit milder. It also ignores that fact that we will all need annual covid vaccinations, like the flu.

Nothing at this point to this being something sure, the new variants are still considered to be from the same serotype (immunity gained by infection or immunization still provides protection against them, even if not to the same level) so nobody can say there will be need for new vaccines every year, newer vaccines may be more widely effective, but re-vaccination is not yet thought to be necessary.

Still, the main point is not to sacrifice safety to gain convenience, until there is strong evidence that proves that vaccination interrupts transmission you cannot replace strict testing and isolation. Maybe in a few months we will have data that proves that vaccinated people cease to be a risk for others, but for now the only responsible thing is to consider the vaccine only protective for the people that were immunized.
