"Wear masks in public" says WHO
Everybody knows that already and doing this since many months. At least here in japan.
WHO should start to replace some people in their Organisation!
Nobody these days is taking anything serious what the WHO is saying.

Supposing one is walking or biking alone, meeting nor talking to anyone, is a mask necessary?

It says "where physical distancing is not possible"

Wake up time? Well, HelloooooO
Lightning reactions from WHO again, only five months down the line.

WHO? Don't you mean the CHO?

My Abenomasks arrived yesterday. Today the Daiso ¥100 yen shop were selling packs of 2 washable gauze masks. What a colossal screw up.

The WHO recommends you wear a mask, the ROLLING STONES recommend you Gimme Shelter and the EAGLES recommend you Take it Easy.

Maybe Trump will get the message now!

This is like 4 months too late! Many attacks on WHO are politically driven but it is also true that WHO keeps stuffing up like saying the virus was not transmittable between humans, criticising countries implementing travel restrictions on China etc.

Yeah. It’s like they’re dealing with a new virus that humans have never seen before and haven’t already figured out the ins and outs of. It’s like they’re just getting data and figuring it out as they go or something.

That is false, The WHO always said that they did not have information supporting transmission between humans, that is very different and not their fault, the only country that could give them that information was not cooperating so the only options were either to say they could not confirm it or lie (and get absolutely nothing from China afterwards).
Hindsight is 20/20, and the problem with scientific advice is that it needs to be supported by objective information that can be corroborated, but at the same time is always changing and expanding. The alternative is to just choose the lie you like the most and keep telling it no matter what.
As anyone reading the article can just see the advice is nothing as simple as "wear masks" but actually useful stuff about what situations mask are more useful and specially what kind of masks are more useful. The warning about they being only a part of a series of measures is also very important.
