All food is processed in some way or another as the article states. However, it is really the chemicals used that are bad.

Always check ingredients listed. If you see a long list of chemicals, you should not but it. However, limited consumption of those foods are still acceptable.

Without food processing of some kind to ensure safe storage, transportation and delivery most people would starve or be seriously malnourished. Even our ancestors knew this.

The more ready made something is, the least health benefits you will get from it. Try cooking from scratch as much as possible.

It's simple. Three things to avoid. Salt, sugar, fat. It's not rocket science and doesn't need millions in research

Actually, of the three things you listed, fat is definitely incorrect (it's not bad for you, is necessary for you, and in fact eating the right amount of fat is part of a healthy diet), and even salt is up for question these days.

Fat was demonized for years, entirely incorrectly.
