I have a blood test every three months covering 36 points. I discuss the results with my doctors. Last week, was the first result in 4 years when all were 100% on target. Liver fat is good. Kidneys are good. Blood sugar. Cholesterol levels are good. The doctors reduced the number of drugs I needed to take down to three. I have a large file of all the results.

That must have been good news.

Yes, thanks. The doctors were more excited about it than I was. Big effort over the last four years to get it under control, especially the cancer.
Good blood test results can be achieved. I'm probably healthier now than for a long time.

What reason could three people have for giving my blood test comment minus votes? it's the topic of the article. Sad people.

Last week I was admitted into hospital after a bad fall at home injuring my right shoulder and arm, I had 6 blood tests in one day using canula's, all of which left horrible marks on my skin The results were various, but the last one was OK, I also had to have 5 X rays and 2 body scans which proved ok as well. I have to have regular blood tests every 3 months to, for an ongoing illness.

Normal here. I could post that the sky is blue and get 6 downvotes.

Expect most find constant self-focus drum beat annoying or worse. News flash, nobody cares but good job improving your blood work if that's what you need to hear.
How about sharing ideas how to help OTHERS?!?!?!? For example, pro blood tip, avoid/minimize saturated fats!
Then if they down vote at least tried to help THEM, like I'm doing for YOU!

Blood tests are complicated and there isn't one answer that fits all. I am not a doctor or medically qualified to tell others how they might deal with their negative blood tests. My case was due to cancer. Others will have many medical reasons.
What is with the constant use of capitals which is discouraged on this site?
People make minus posts but don't post comments.
My experience was complicated because of my cancer. I found the right doctors, more than 20, to take me through the experience and back to health.
Other posters have the same cancer but at different stages and have posted appreciation for sharing info because it helps them.
My blood test covers 30 points. Others have different problems and more or less tests.
I got back to health by having a major life-changing operation. Then following the advice of my doctors for 4 years which included increasing exercise and watching my diet. Taking up to 9 drugs at one point. How down to 3.
My point is that cancer can be beaten and health restored.
