"I think that people really like to know how they write, even if it’s not accurate results,”

Translation: People will swallow any old bull***t you feed them.

This is the same terrible quiz application kudzu that's taken up residence in all of Facebook's nooks for years now, only this one is even more primitive. Throw out a random author's name every time--stupendous.

(Supposedly this is how the late David Foster Wallace would have put it, but that only serves to point out the app's utter failure, as this comment doesn't have ten pages of small print footnotes following it--although you could consider a lengthy parenthetical statement to be the same thing...)

Kurt Vonnegut here.

"I don't think I write very good"

Enough said. Publishers don't tolerate poor grammar very WELL.

David Foster Wallace, James Joyce and Stephen King.

Dunno whether to laugh or cry.

Asimov for me, probably my favorite author as well. Interesting concept.

Turns out I write like a whole bunch of them, Kipling, Wallace, Vonnegut, Rowling, Clarke. It's a surprise I haven't got a publishing contract yet.

That's kind of awesome, haha. I will have to try it.
