The future is now: toilet seats have buttons, cars can talk, mostly everyone willingly carries a tracking device and a 103-year old man goes sprinting.

“I make sure not to use my brain,” he said. “I always keep it empty and uncluttered. That’s important.”

Recently I'm really starting to believe that age is nothing. Seeing so many "old" people with health and physique greater than mine , I'm 24. Really wish I exercised at an early age. But I guess not too late for me ;)

4 hours 4 minutes for the Honolulu marathon is a great time for any amateur runner, regardless of age... Respect...

Several years ago, I watched the Track and Field Zen Nihon Masters Championship and the over 85 folks were amazing! The future is now, true. I admire their stamina and though their comments above may sound a little silly to us, the all too serious adults in active age, they should be taken with a smile. I wish more people had that much energy and were so positive regardless of age.
