Not a happiness expert, but people who stay active, seem to last longer...Keep on moving, avoid modern comfort, Do not sit unless you need rest. Luck at birth also seem to be a factor.
Couches kill more people than guns and cancer put together.

We stay very active and still run our business. We sleep more than 7 hours. I take naps during the day. We exercise and eat a healthy diet. We have regular medical checkups. In my case every three months. We are less than our actual ages.
We don't own a couch.

Go Go Go and stay healthy. Exercising daily is so important yet is not emphasised enough. I always move about, refuse to own a car, I cycle, walk or use public transport at all times. Too many people use their evenings to Lounge about eating unhealthy snacks and many of them pay the price for that.

We don't snack and we only eat twice a day.

What? Where ? Cities? Fair enough.
Car means mobility and freedom to go as you please, seemingly.
But cars will never be less than an absolute necessity.

Cars are sofas on wheels.
It’s very hard to get the exercise you need everyday if you live in a car dependent area.

If you sit on your arse all day at work, then do the same at home you are sabotaging your health. Also; Cook from scratch. Move. Don’t smoke. Drink alcohol in moderation.
It’s not difficult.

Double plus true old top. Luckily my work means I have to be active and I’m also active at home. Mostly cook from scratch unless there is no time or I’m poorly.
also would recommend exercise 4 to 5 times a week, 15 minutes each time will do, some weights, squares, sit ups etc. Easy to do at home, no need for a gym
