What countries should do about climate change remains a heated political debate.


It's not surprising that the US has less icebreakers than Canada and Russia, but just one? Owned by the Coast Guard? Understand the downsizing to lack of hostilities but one is just plain silly. I'm guessing the Canadians would lend what they have in certain situations, assuming that Clive Cussler novel does not come true.

Oh great. The arctic ice melts because we burn too much oil and gas, so what do we do? Rush in to explore for more oil and gas. :P
