It's not surprising that the US has less icebreakers than Canada and Russia, but just one? Owned by the Coast Guard? Understand the downsizing to lack of hostilities but one is just plain silly. I'm guessing the Canadians would lend what they have in certain situations, assuming that Clive Cussler novel does not come true.
