I'll use 'fukuppy' next time something goes awry)))

And I saw the condom guy too-even took a picture. The guy (or girl?) wearing the mascot was trying to be friendly and people kept running away from him))

Mascots are even used to promote safe sex in Japan, with one of the most famous being Jimmy Hattori, a ninja with a large pink condom on his head.

A ninja? So, in and out without anybody noticing?

Maybe not the best choice....

'Jimmy Hattori: ninja condom'

Mascots are even used to promote safe sex in Japan, with one of the most famous being Jimmy Hattori, a ninja with a large pink condom on his head.

Another mascot that has raised eyebrows is Com-chan, a fluffy character also based on a condom that is used by the AIDS information center in Yokohama, near Tokyo.

At the university where I got my degree there was the 'Condom Lady' who wore unused condoms on hooks as earrings and played an acoustic guitar singing 'condom carols' (eg. folk jingles about contraceptives and how they can prevent STDs). Of course she'd distribute packaged condoms out to college students too.
