HAPON introduces new flexible, digital nomad friendly Traveller Ticket

Having a hard time finding a comfortable, accessible, low commitment workplace in Japan?

Paperwork, burdensome application fees, and compulsory commitment requirements can make signing up at a coworking space office share membership rather convoluted. However, HAPON a long-running coworking space just minutes from Shinjuku Station is changing all that with their new "Traveller Ticket" initiative.

HAPON Shinjuku, want to make coworking easier and hassle-free for digital nomads, part-time residents, budget savvy workers and those not wanting to commit to long-term rental fees.

With HAPON's new ticket system, international users can simply pre-purchase daily passes to utilize the space. All you have to do is pop by the office and select either a 5-day or 10-day ticket book, pay, and that's it! No paperwork, no credit card, no additional commitments.

Each time you visit, hand over a ticket to English friendly staff at the front desk, and you're free to use the communal open-plan drop-in facilities - like any regular member would - for the entire day. All the ticket passes are valid without limit, and there's no requirement to use them on consecutive days. Just pop by whenever you’d like.

If you're working in a team you can share the tickets with your friends or business partners, making it the perfect professional option for collaborative projects and meetings.

Buying a book of tickets is cheaper in the long run than purchasing individual daily passes. You can pick up 5 tickets for the price of 4 and 10 tickets for the price of 7. Because the tickets never expire, if you're traveling, you can keep the ticket until the next time you visit Tokyo.

Features

  1. High speed, reliable Wi-Fi.
  2. Plenty of power plugs.
  3. Long communal desks for collaborating and individual desks for focussed work.
  4. Additional conference spaces and meeting rooms available for rent.

The office also serves seasonally selected crafted coffee and a varied selection of other drinks including hard to find artisanal offerings sourced from local producers in Japan.

An antithesis of cold corporate office spaces, the interior of HAPON has been delicately designed to balance design appreciation and stylish aesthetics with professionalism.

Cafes in Tokyo can be notoriously crowded, some don't offer Wi-Fi or power plugs. As a fleeting, temporary fix they may work, but in the long term, they can be costly and distracting.

If you're looking to get stuck into a project, find your productive flow, network, meet like-minded people, and potential future collaborators, HAPON Shinjuku is here for you, providing a stable but creatively conducive, relaxed and cozy working environment for a reasonable price.

Price (tax included) 8,000 yen - 5 ticket book 14,000 yen - 10 ticket book
