Would love for my company to introduce this! There are way too many old men/women who don't move from their desk the entire day and sleep there at lunch time too. Muscle atrophy and various other health problems is a real issue for people who dont move all day.

Why not give the workers proper time off and decent holidays? no no no that would eat into company profits, monkey bars are much cheaper.

rajio taiso, a stretching routine that is often learned in schools and dates back to the 1920s.

Ask any professional sports instructor and they will tell you "rajio taiso" is extremely dangerous and should only be done by professional athletes. "rajio taiso" and stretching by bouncing is the perfect way to tear a ligament or cause other problems... there is a reason no other country does this outdated exercise.
