It should be pointed out that the US spends the most because drug companies charge the most there. Also, I recently read that longevity has increased there at a much lower rate than other developed countries. Opioid abuse has become a major killer there.

This is part of the global elite people to live longer, and work longer so they can extract more profit from them. "Smart" phones, unnecessary exercise, 24 hour news cycles, have reduced relaxation to an ancient concept.

I am not sure if this is a joke or not. But if you are being serious, then it is quite a bizarre - that there is a conspiracy of the global elite to get us to live longer. If there is, then great - help me to live a long and healthy life.

USA is a large country. I think people who live in better climate area live longer than cold northern states inhabitants.

No. Hawaii aside, the northern states are generally healthier. The Deep South is worst.
