history repeats again? It was women who drove the development an establishment of the champagne industry in france.. all them years ago. and women are commonly touted as the forerunners of British ale production, ooops!

In contrast with Japan, China being as large as it is contains climates similar to parts of the traditional wine growing regions of Europe.

When in Rome, drink wine. When in China drink baijiu like Maotai (and grape wine if so inclined). In Japan drink sake or none of the above if you choose.
