When it comes to fashion I am always reminded of David Bowie's song of the same title.

As a person who lived through all the horrible 2000s fashion trends , I’m glad I don’t have to do it again ;)

GenZ is just rehashing fashion from the 90’s~00’s.

Overalls with one strap loose, popcorn berets, baggy sweaters, halter tops, high waisted jeans…

The corporations are in control. You have grown up with it. You will like what you are given. There is no meaning, nothing oppositional, just conformity and obedience.

I'm glad I don't follow fashion.

Love it, Mini skirts were my favorite back then, the vintage Hippie look is lovely too, glad to see it coming back.

Fashion wheels that return to previous styles.

I feel old. In 2003 I could definitely tell the difference in contemporary fashion trends and what people had been wearing 20 years earlier in 1983.

Now in 2023 I realize I’m wearing basically the same kind of clothes I was in 2003 and 20 years of fashion trends have whipped past me unnoticed.

Fortunately it seems the young people are into it, so maybe I’m accidentally coming back into style.

Hell yes. Time for that fugly style to be gone. The 90s and 2000s had the best clothing and shoes. Today its all funky. Skinny jeans with high waters???? Japanese women today still dont know how to dress sexy as they fear the SUN is going to burn them.
