Just when I thought I had seen it all, this comes along. No one being hurt, but a surprise none the less. Perhaps young men are just too immature to go out on a satisfying date at that age.

Consenting adults. It seems fine. A little progressive for PRC, though.

I don't get it. Men outnumber women in China, an artifact of the "One Child" policy. One would think young Chinese ladies would have their pick of men to date. Are Chinese men really that timid?

She's a lesbian and doesn't want to say it. Fine.

This seems like innocent fun. Young girls (the article doesn't give the girl's age) probably feel much safer with a girl playing a man than with an actual man. It's safer (and as the article points out) their is more commonality between the two. 3D men might one day appeal to the girl, but the "Conservative social attitudes towards women" isn't the best thing in the world, so delaying or avoiding altogether such a system is probably appealing, too. If she's having fun, what's the harm?
