Capture big moments with ease using a MagSafe camera phone holder

Capturing big life events like a proposal or graduation can be a lot of pressure. Since these moments pass by in the blink of an eye, it can be hard to get just the right shot or angle. That’s where this MagSafe-compatible smartphone holder from Thanko comes in. It’s made simultaneously shooting videos and taking photos much easier.

All you need to do is use the smartphone attachment that directly connects to your camera and you’re good to go. It’s perfect for moments when you want to capture everything but don’t have enough hands. The holder uses a MagSafe magnet to securely keep your phone in place, but it’s also easy to remove.

The set comes with a ring adapter, which ensures that it will work with any device. With its two-axis adjustability, you can easily adjust the angle and position to avoid the phone with the camera lens. It’s also compact and folds into a small, pocket-sized design, making it easy to carry around. The smartphone holder has a 1/4-inch screw hole that can be used as a mini tripod or selfie stick.

Available for 2,200 yen from Thanko.

What's a MagSafe magnet? Assuming a ferrite body? No damage to the camera's internal workings?

The magnet is for the phone, it attaches to the camera with the usual "shoe" that is used for lights, flashes, etc.
