Minimal is an award-winning Japanese chocolate specialty store based in Tokyo that prides itself on crafting chocolate from high-quality cacao beans from all over the world. The team behind Minimal consists of pastry chefs and chocolatiers trained in top patisseries and restaurants. Aside from producing top-quality chocolate desserts, Minimal also conducts research into the cacao harvesting and fermentation process while working closely with cacao farmers within the community.
To commemorate its 10th anniversary, the brand will release a limited number of chocolate bar-inspired socks at each of its branches around Tokyo. Designed by Chef Okuno, the socks feature a uniquely "Minimal" chocolate bar motif that can be used every day.
The socks will go on sale for ¥1,100 and come in two sizes.
