I'm upset! Mukku always gets the short end of the stick. They should make a red one too, then I'd buy one of each (not). It's cute, and I'm sure kids will love it.

Boring... My laptop is 2 yrs old, but it's way more powerful than the specs described (dual core 2.0GHz ~= 4.0GHz?, 2GB RAM, etc.).

Was your laptop under 80,000 yen, and under 1kg? This little laptop is intended to be light, cheap, and functional. Quoting XX GHz doesn't mean much anymore.

I'm not promoting buying the thing...just pointing out that its got a different marketing strategy.

wow thats pricy, for something thats going to get battered a little more rugged would be nice. I don't think weight is much of a concern unless you really expect to drag the notepc around.

This is great! I've already bought one and am using it now to write this comment for JT. As soon as I finish it's back to my game. I'm exchanging greetings with Kim Jong Il (at least that's who he claims to be) online and plan to challenge him to a game. Otaku forever!

Why not consider the better, more affordable eeePCs? This thing looks like a dog that's about to get mauled by eeePCs/netbooks. Why would a professional ever use this preskool-looking device? Imagine doing a presentation using this. The most memorable part of the meeting would be a ridiculed netbook.

Why is JPT peddling this junk?

Why is JPT peddling this junk?

Coz Bandai paid for the ad space, I imagine.
