A Japanese candy company, UHA Mikakuto, has released Shiojyake (Salt-grilled salmon) flavored gummy candy. The product name is Puccho Shiojyake-aji.
It's a collaboration product between their Puccho candy and Kirimi-chan, a salmon fillet-shaped Sanrio character.
There are salmon flakes in the center of the candy in order for UHA Mikakuto to pursue real salmon flavor fearlessly. It's probably a super fishy candy so you might want to eat it with rice.
It is available for a limited time.

Salmon and candy -two words that should never be together.

Where are all these "ideas" coming from ?

Do these people pushing all these oddball flavors actually taste-test it themselves? Was any taste-test done at all?
huh? "pursue real salmon flavor fearlessly" ??? I really had no idea such a thing was that scary. (eyes rolling) If I want real salmon flavor, I'll just eat real salmon, thank you.
And why eat it with plain ol' rice; plenty of candies made from rice out there. Make it ALL candy! Sheesh.

There's a thesis waiting to be written about this sentence alone:

What is next? Natto Candy with the strings, smell and all?
