Iced Espresso

I've heard that drinking hot drinks helps to beat the sauna-heat. I don't believe that, though, I think drinking ice-cold drinks helps to beat the sauna-heat.

Dunno who invented the iced coffee things but they had rather shoot him.

It doesn´t taste as the hot espresso. But can you drink the hot one in the Japanese sauna-summer?
