Up your karaoke game with the Proidea High Tone Trainer

In Japan, spending hours at karaoke is a pastime that transcends generations. Whether you’re a high school student or mid-career office worker, chances are you’ve been invited out to sing with your colleagues at least once. While the concept of going to karaoke seems simple enough, its probably a good idea to pick a song that has notes you can reach to start the session on the right track (pun intended).

If you want to step up your karaoke game however, you might want to try the Proidea High Tone Trainer. For just three minutes each day, you can widen your vocal range and even go up an octave just by placing the trainer in your mouth, no singing or talking required. It’s that easy.  The concept behind this device is that it helps align your throat and lips due the trainer’s curved shape. Try it out and see how well you do on your next karaoke session.

Prices start at 3,000.

Not only that, but it looks a bit on the obscene side. Not to mention another way to con you out of your yen. When I worked at a Rolling Stones show, this group widened their circle to let me join in and we sang the chorus and raised our arms together.

'I say "Yeah, yeah, yeah! Whooo!!!!!'. No training or funky toys for that kind of fun.

That made me smile. That is going to go viral and trend globally.

So in other words: “just put it in your mouth!”

I used to know someone named Akinvele, that used to say that all the time.

honestly though, if you want to make your octaves go higher, I think you have to insert it into another place, not in your mouth.
