This video projector from Sony is 3-D enabled and can display footage from a Blu-ray disc. A special lamp in the projector counteracts the slight image darkening that is a typical side effect of 3-D formatting. The price is expected to be around 370,000 yen.

Looks great. Every city hall should get one and entertain us.
This reminds me of an electronic shop in Greece that was opposite a very long white building with no windows, just a plain white wall. Every night that shop would project something on the wall and it was a delight sitting in the grilled chicken shop next door and watch all this magic. I wonder if they will get the 3D projector...

But at 370,000 you can buy a 60 inch flat screen and even some 65 inch if you look around.
