Just use a normal pnumatic blood pressure cuff. I do...and that is what I have always used since I became a fire/medic. There easier to use and they seldom make mistakes.

key phase - for professional use. Personal ones will used maybe once a day where as those in clinics and gyms will be used many times an hour....

Sundoor... come to Japan, there's about 1000 000 in every pharmacy, hospital and city office.

This is just for people (like me) who are on medicine and need to check daily and monitor progress as taking too much/too little can be dangerous.

Others also like to use them as toys (like a set of scales.)

In America they ususally have these for people to use at pharmacies for free. Not in Japan?

The price has got to be wrong on this product. My Omron sphygmomanometer or HBP kit was only 8,000 yen and a very good one!

"Price: 417,9000 yen." Do you mean 417,900 yen? If so that's quite an expensive toy.
