JVC Kenwood is going to release a wireless speaker - MimiRaku SP-A850 - in late August. MimiRaku SP-A850 is for hearing TV sound away from where the TV is. It features a 2.4GHz digital wireless system that is able to transmit clear sound with low noise. There are functions like "Hakkiri Onsei" (means clear sound) to expand frequency bands of the human voice and "Powerful Onryo" (means powerful sound volume) to increase volume on top of the maximum volume of sound.
It's IPX2 waterproof which is enough to be used in places where it might get wet such as around the kitchen.
