These men deserve a fair trial, after all these years their case could be heard by a jury that is young enough to have only a vague memory of the actual events.

Let a jury hear the admissible evidence, let a judge rule on defense motions, and let a jury decide once and for all. This case has dragged on for too long.

If the priority is to protect the CIA’s secrets, the death penalty should be taken off the table and plea bargain negotiations for life sentences should begin.

Does that not pre-suppose their guilt? Would it not be better to simply disallow any evidence whose source was from those interrogated under pressure by the CIA?

At its peak, GITMO held more than 800 "enemy combatants". Today, the number is less than 30 with about 10 of them considered so dangerous never to be released.

20 years after 9/11, the men charged with responsibility are still waiting for trial – here's why

Because they are innocent...but have been so badly abused that, at this point, they will say ANYTHING... executing them does nothing and certainly does not close the door on the traitorous fraud that is the whole 'official' story of 9/11, but it works for the yokels for whom details mean nothing and the word of Authority everything and that's all the perps care about. Our liars yell "Conspiract Theory!" and the din of deluded, simple 'minds' snapping shut drowns out all truth...

"Justice"? A word with no meaning in the United States or we would be a different VERY much less hostile and much more equitable country without the trump legacy of "Today 05:35 am JST 49 Comments No. of murders rose 30% in U.S. in 2020: FBI". And that is just the deaths...NOT the number of hostile attacks...only the 'reagan' years were worse.
