Considering the pro-Brexit party lied and broke the finance laws during the last referendum, perhaps it would be a good idea to hold a more honest one.

Pro-Remain also broke the finance laws during the referendum (by a much, much bigger margin + £9 million Government Pro-Remain leaflet).
Also, many of the things Pro-Remain said were complete lies: A "Punishment Budget" if the vote was to Leave, 500,000 job losses in London within days of a just a vote to Leave, a recession if the vote was to Leave, Cameron promising to stay on as PM regardless of the result and initiate Article 50 the day after if the vote was Leave, Nick Clegg saying there will not be an EU army etc etc etc
Nah, we don't need another referendum. People know that politicians on BOTH sides were dishonest, and if there were another referendum, they'd be dishonest again. The people already decided and it's not up to the people who lost the last referendum to demand another.

Allegations have been made that Putin influenced the first Brexit vote, to his advantage. If there is another vote, steps should be taken to keep Russians from influencing it. As to whether or not Britain should stay in the EU, that should be up to them, not Russia.

Exactly. Since when do all/most pollies tell the truth anyway!? I find the 'oh but we were misinformed' crowd particularly naive/childish. Up to voters to get informed/not trust bs spruiked by mainstream media/parties.
Truth is the vast majority of ppl have become incredibly gullible/intellectually lazy. They've no idea who/what they're voting for.

Instead, have a referendum whether they want the current Brexit-EU deal, hard Brexit, or reverse Brexit

@lostrune2
What would happen if the result was:
Brexit-Eu Deal 32%
Hard Brexit 33%
Reverse Brexit 35%
Would Reverse Brexit win? If so, you've immediately cut out 65% of those who voted. Aren't we constantly told that we've got to think about the 48% who voted Remain?

It shouldn't be too difficult to have a first and second choice arrangement, like a single transferrable vote system.
