BREAKING: Ka-52 helicopter accidentally fires two S-8 rockets (hardware malfunction) at the reporters covering Russian Zapad 2017 drills

A Russian military helicopter accidentally fired rockets near a crowd of spectators during military exercises in the west of the country, reportedly injuring two people.
