After back-to-back mass shootings, America grows numb

Well, they've tried doing absolutely nothing about it, so it appears the yanks have run out of ideas.

Yeah, and that's "only" the mass shooting. When I watched local TV news in USA, there seems always a smaller shooting incident everyday somewhere, usually related to domestic violence or mental health issues.

Why does it say "allegedly"? Bowers definitely did the shooting and 11 people are dead as a result.
