First of all, Benedict Dotard didn't win the popular vote at all. And no, the nation shouldn't 'rally around' this excuse of a President because he is not legit, he's unqualified and he has done nothing but push his hateful, racist narcisstic agenda. The nation must UNITE to FIGHT this evil corruption, because Trump is destroying our democracy traditions. Since he is violating the Constitution and our democratic ideals, the USA must UNITE to remove him from office and punish him because he is abusing it.

What if an aggressive minority (within a political party) is brought to power by a majority vote and that minority then browbeats fellow party legislators to go along with radical changes to basic laws in order to promote an agenda which most of their voters truly didn’t understand because it was misrepresented? No he didn't. I witnessed the cyberhacking while I was on the internet on election night 2016, and so why should I even recognize him as legit POTUS? Why should any of us?

You dead-on right. Trump slammed McCain for BEING an ex-POW, and he says PTSD veterans are 'weak'. He's not suitable to attend a military funeral, and he's too boorish to be invited to anything. He'd just gear it up towards HIMSELF as always.

He's a tiny, tiny man, a weak person's idea of a strong man.

Whether the McCain family requested it or not, why does a sitting president need to show up to a Senators Funeral? There is absolutely no need for a sitting President to be there, and who really cares? McCain wasn't anyone special, he was a POW yes, but he returned home and he thinks he did something positive but was it for him or for the nation, depending on which story line you listen to it could be either. Trump is not a Politician that's why he won, Americans were tired of Politicians and so they voted for something else, if you don't like Trump, to bad he is the POTUS now, wanna put someone else in the white house then the Dems need to field a candidate better than the last one, its simple.

The American people were tired of the same BS coming out of Washington and so they made a change!

I wouldn't be surprised to find out that the MSM had plans months in advance to attack Trump on the death of McCain. These attacks seem all too coordinated to be some media knee jerk reaction. Garunteed a week of negative press, which is why we are seeing the beautification of McCain regardless of his warmongering, weapons sales and giveaways, and his support for some the most corrupt countries and evil jihadists on the planet. The only reason McCain and John Glenn skated out of the savings and loan crises was because of their past, but they were still guilty of corruption in the eyes of the public.

Trump is not a public servant. The good of the Republic is of no interest to him. The only thing that interests him is what benefits him. McCain criticized him, and Trump is not big enough to ever get over that. He's a tiny, tiny man, a weak person's idea of a strong man.
