Blaming 'evil': a philosophical paradox, unpacked

Well, I am not a native English speaker, so I don’t care too much about the real historical details. But with quite some linguistic background and interests in learning languages etc, I can keep it simple here in this case. We just have the two word couples here, good or bad and the other good or evil. As for me, the first is the one for general usage and the latter is the one used in a more higher , spiritual or religious sense. It’s not so difficult to see or feel the linguistic similarities between good and god or between evil and devil. As examples I would like to give you those two, country UVW has a bad economy, but country XYZ is part of the axis of the evil.
