McConnell and Trump have worked very hard to undermine the independence and esteem of the courts. One hopes that Trump's failure to get re-elected will help keep the courts respected, by keeping them independent and judicial.

What Trump is dong is filing a pile of frivolous law suits. Here is how Cornell defines this type of suit:
What is a frivolous lawsuit called?
*A frivolous claim, often called a bad faith claim, refers to a lawsuit, motion or appeal that is intended to harass, delay or embarrass the opposition. A claim is frivolouswhen the claim lacks any arguable basis either in law or in fact Neitze v. Williams, 490 U.S. 319, 325 (1989)*

This doing nothing for the rule of law. It is making a mockery of the American justice system.

Most stupid headline..... Court ... is the place to bring both parties to disagree, contest and agree .... Otherwise no need a court in a country... You may be living in China or North Korea...
