Most stupid headline..... Court ... is the place to bring both parties to disagree, contest and agree .... Otherwise no need a court in a country... You may be living in China or North Korea...

McConnell and Trump have worked very hard to undermine the independence and esteem of the courts. One hopes that Trump's failure to get re-elected will help keep the courts respected, by keeping them independent and judicial.
