U.S. dignitaries shun Olympics. What about sponsors?

It's time for some of those high-and-mighty athletes to boycott the Games. But those trinkets on ribbons they hope to win have bent their minds to submission.

If we're going to boycott these Games for these reasons then that means our companies shouldn't be sponsoring and giving these CCP clods any endorsement either.
Olympic Games also mean huge masses of people together when this pandemic is around for another swing. If they go it will be at their own risk.

For wealthy athletes, I agree. The vast majority of US athletes ARE NOT wealthy and telling someone they cannot perform in legal events to aid their financial situation isn't any better.
Winter Olympics isn't like Summer Olympics. Fewer sports, fewer competitors, less money and much fewer spectators. For example, do you need to see the biathlon like you might want to see the decathlon? No? I won't get up in the middle of the night to watch anything. I did for some summer competitions.
