U.S. Congress considers future of the military draft, while Supreme Court holds off

My opinion, for what it is worth: everyone should be allowed to serve in the military, if they are qualified, and everyone who is qualified should be allowed to serve just about anywhere in the military, including combat, but I am not comfortable forcing women to sign up for the draft.

Universal conscription and some form of national service for all, be it military, medical, or public works. There is much to be done and damn few willing to do it.

No exemptions, either! People with disabilities have filed many lawsuits to obtain equal access at the expense of others, it is time that they gave something in return.
