The government encouraged it by selling cheap flood insurance to homeowners,you cannot get a mortgage, without carrying flood insurance

The first thing the recent floods tell us is that the climate is changing.

It is sad but in some places this is still necessary to be told, people being manipulated into science denial to pretend the well demonstrated climate change is just a hoax end up realizing the problem is real and affects them only when tragedy happens.
