@Serrano, it's not just some athletes and coaches. It's the whole freaking system. Have you tried traveling to Russia? I have. It's a closed state, and a paranoid one, at that.

Sure, just ban every athlete from a particular country because some athletes from that country were caught doping. How about banning the athletes who were caught and their coaches?
have you even followed the Russian doping scandal it was state sponsored FISB, aka KGB was involved in switching samples and widespread, it made the East Germans look like amateurs. There were so many samples switched and the testing so compromised it was impossible to know which athletes were clean and which doped, only a total team ban could ensure that no Russian dopers made it to the Olympics, watch the show "Icarus" on netflix
