Not surprising about the viewer make-up of CNN. Islamic terrorist leaning, along with fake news that liberals love.

> Not surprising about the viewer make-up of CNN. Islamic terrorist leaning, along with fake news that liberals love.

Not surprising about the viewer make up of Fox. A flock easily swayed into parting with their money and common sense.

I don’t see any difference between Kenneth Copeland and Tucker, both loudmouthed phoney grifters. But the Fox folks sure do lap it up.

CNN. LOL. Their numbers are plummeting since their arch-bogeyman left office. They must be pining for him to come back.

Face it, MSM. You're losing the battle thanks to endless streams of bias and propaganda.

Fox isn’t MSM? Fox’s overall viewer decline is larger than CNN according to Nielsen ratings. All TV ratings are down, everywhere and it’s more to do with technology than anything else.

Their numbers are plummeting since their arch-bogeyman left office.

Interestingly, Fox also lost 39% of its viewership since last year.

Face it, MSM. You're losing the battle thanks to endless streams of bias and propaganda.

Fox News is the most watched news channel in America and is therefore THE biggest "mainstream media". Calling out the "MSM" is calling out mainly Fox News.

8 ( +10 / -2 )

LOL. I never said Fox wasn't losing viewers. Just focusing on CNN and their ilk. Triggered?

-11 ( +1 / -12 )

I never said Fox wasn't losing viewers. Just focusing on CNN and their ilk.

And why would you just focus on "CNN and their ilk" if all news channels are losing viewers right now?

Triggered?

I think you're vastly overestimating the power of your words. Vastly.

Not surprising about the viewer make-up of CNN. Islamic terrorist leaning, along with fake news that liberals love.

Can you give me an example of CNN "leaning" towards Islamic terrorism? Thanks.

Face it, MSM. You're losing the battle thanks to endless streams of bias and propaganda.

This is true. The biased propaganda people see on their social media feeds - like Qanon is real, Donald Trump is good, Covid-19 doesn't exist, etc. - is sadly having an outsized effect, and supplanting, for some, legitimate news sources.

Fox News is merely the North American outlet for Russian propaganda efforts ran by their intelligence services, combined with the Murdoch's goal of fleecing as many of their weak-minded viewers as they can...

It traffics in lies and disinformation - and is a threat to our democracy...

9 ( +10 / -1 )

People will watch whatever supports and reinforces their existing biases, slanted infotainment which is what broadcast journalism has devolved into, has only served to polarize society.

9 ( +9 / -0 )

Fox being the number watched news channel in the US is no surprise. What is surprising is the how easy liberal viewers are triggered anytime the station is mentioned.

Indian American voters preferred Buson over Trump, not surprisingly and so they are more apt to watch CNN. But not surprising since the largest populations are in NY, California, Illinois. Liberal havens where mainstream media flourishes for those groups.

-11 ( +1 / -12 )

LOL. I never said Fox wasn't losing viewers. Just focusing on CNN and their ilk. Triggered?

I think you learned something new this morning.

4 ( +6 / -2 )

Ah yes, "minorities are brainwashed into voting for Buson (who?) by watching CNN. Unlike us, pure, rational white people, who vote for Trump because we're not brainwashed by watching only Fox News and reading Breitbart Dot Com". Truly a wise and not at all contradictory argument.

Spend an evening watching Fox News and their line-up of kooks, swindlers, and washed-up politicians and your mind will become polluted too...especially if your mind is weak...

It's all hate and grievance, all the time - with some of the nuttiest conspiracy theories this side of Moscow...which is where most came from...

No doubt all the insurrectionists who stormed the Capitol on Jan 6th were Fox News cultists...

8 ( +9 / -1 )

No doubt the violent protesters who took to the streets of Portland for 100 days last year were CNN cultists.

Evangelicals, primary viewers of FOX, preach hate and conspiracy theories?

CNN just promotes witch hunts, which in the end, showed no collusion.

No doubt the violent protesters who took to the streets of Portland for 100 days last year were CNN cultists.

I seriously doubt they did, seeing that they attacked the CNN building in Atlanta.

But of course you know that a lot of the violence was instigated by right-wing agitators:

Evangelicals, primary viewers of FOX, preach hate and conspiracy theories?

They absolutely do.

CNN just promotes witch hunts, which in the end, showed no collusion.

You clearly haven't read Mueller's actual conclusions.

5 ( +7 / -2 )

Evangelicals, primary viewers of FOX, preach hate and conspiracy theories?

Sure. Unless you think it’s perfectly ordinary to condemn people you don’t like to burn in hell and claim that serious illness can be cured by the power of prayer. Doesn’t sound especially loving and logical to me.

3 ( +6 / -3 )

Switching off is the solution, as they are all only slightly different in their level of whatever left propaganda.

I wonder why Muslins like CNN?

The Portland protesters attacked the CNN building in Atlanta!??? Phenomenal--being in two places at once!

Mueller report concluded Trump's campaign had no "coordinated or conspired with the Russian government in its election-interference activities" and there was no "illegal conspiracy."

-5 ( +3 / -8 )

I wonder why Muslins like CNN?

Probably because of all the irrational hate and labeling towards them on Fox. You did claim earlier today that CNN support terrorism. Maybe that’s it.

3 ( +5 / -2 )

Muslins

Muslins don't usually like anything, since it's a cotton fabric of plain weave that's not actually alive.

The Portland protesters attacked the CNN building in Atlanta!??? Phenomenal--being in two places at once!

So you're saying that the BLM protestors in Portland watch CNN, but all the other ones around the country don't? What's so special about Portland?

Mueller report concluded Trump's campaign had no "coordinated or conspired with the Russian government in its election-interference activities" and there was no "illegal conspiracy."

lol the CNN building in Atlanta was raided, you clown.

Evangelicals, primary viewers of FOX, preach hate and conspiracy theories?

Yep.

CNN just promotes witch hunts, which in the end, showed no collusion.

Wrong-o.

3 ( +6 / -3 )

I wonder why Muslins like CNN?

Do they? I've never heard this. Can you demonstrate evidence?

We know that neo-nazis like Fox. The editor of the US Nazi website the Daily Stormer said that Tucker Carlson was the best, most useful ally that American fascists have. And he's right.

2 ( +5 / -3 )

I wonder why Muslins like CNN?

I wonder why racists, bigots, and right-wing extremists like Fox, OAN and Breitbart?

3 ( +8 / -5 )

Fox has been panicking ever since the fat guy switched to OAN, NewsMax and other racist ultra right wing outlets.

And why does Tucker Carlson always have that constipated look on his face? It's right what they say. His nickname rhymes with his name.

3 ( +6 / -3 )

Ha, pretty silly fumble on my part.

3 ( +4 / -1 )

CNN = FOX same garbage

-2 ( +2 / -4 )

Cable news is pure trash no matter the network. Talking heads just blah blah blah as if they are experts on anything discussed, but show they know nothing about everything. People just watch and believe everything they're told to believe.

Even when what they're told to believe is self contradictory and changes from day to day, they believe it because they're told to believe it. FOX, CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, et al are pure brain cell cancer.

Fox supports far right politicians, like the Floridamen who think revenge porn is protected free speech. But then religious extremist maless of all sects have long considered women to be subordinate.

1 ( +6 / -5 )

Is there any other country where a breakdown of viewing habits based on religious beliefs would make any sense?

I can agree with Kyushubill. What gets me, among other things, is that the people who claim there is "white privilege" in America, almost always liberals, never call out Chris Cuomo at CNN. After all, his brother, Andrew, is the Governor of New York State, and their father, Mario, was also a Governor of New York State. Also, CNN host Anderson Cooper is the son of heiress Gloria Vanderbilt. Why don't we ever hear of this white privilege? As if these powerful and wealthy families had nothing to do with Chris Cuomo and Anderson Cooper getting these jobs at CNN.

At least the US has opposing views within the Media. Some Countries dont...

Maybe Desantis can write up a new bill to sign on live tv.

Talking of falling ratings, I heard Tiktok is more popular now than ever. What happened there?

Who is the Public Religion Research Institute and who funds them for what purpose? 'Non profit' doesn't necessarily mean benevolent and non biased. The bio of their CEO below tells you a lot....

That Rupert Murdock always was a greedy sleaze-spewing scumbag before he took Fox. Then the reemergence of phony Christianity in America led to a social cancer, resulting in more hatred and wasteful wars for entertainment and finally the rise of the modern day Antichrist TrashTrump to power. It's all been building up, as the saying goes - it's 'building the perfect beast' and the US got shamed and disgraced by a vicious violent Caligula that these Fanatical Fox Folks just love.

But I have no love for the other news outlets in America either. Loudmouths are loudmouths of any persusation, and the only 'Talking Heads' I care about is a NYC band.

News is not news anymore.

It is political commentary for the most part.

Non-traditional media is more useful for people that want to be informed.

-1 ( +2 / -3 )

You know that Sinclair LLC owns Faux News, ABC and another TV network, don't you? Same bull from three networks. Sounds like a conglomerate or a trust, and over the years it became a building block to the rise of the Trump dictatorship.

Faux News with its covid-19 vaccination conspiracies. Spreading misinformation.

I pretty well stopped watchng TV news altogether. I got sick and tired of them telling me what Jesus looked like, what the names of His fictious siblings are, whether Pluto is truly a planet (it IS), who are what our enemies in what 'war, conflict, operation' is, how stupid Britney Spears is, how sexy j-Lo's legs are and where Lady Caca's pooches are. They spoon-feed this rubbish atchya and the public just sits and eats it all up, desensitized to all the social/political/economic/etc. problems of now.

Those above reasons are what turned me off from CNN and turned me on to Fox.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

Not FOX or CNN for me.

I switched to OAN.
