Going beyond 'back to normal'

Interesting read about the changes (back) that are coming, but a little sad to read it in Japan, where this is still months away in the future.

Read a good article last weekend. It said that of the 22,000+ people currently hospitalized in the US due to Covid-19, almost all of them were people who had not been vaccinated. If that statistic doesn't convince one to get vaccinated, what will?

It is saddening to think that while the US gets set to manufacture for export nearly 100 million doses per month of the best vaccines in the world, a large percentage of our population still would rather take their chances with getting sick and dying than get the shots.
