Despite their swelling national bank accounts, China, India, South Africa and others say they are still battling poverty and that tens of millions of their people lack electricity or running water.

Sounds like the South Bronx and lots of other places in America...

environmentalism is the new communism.

A self-righteous, self-appointed few trying to tell everyone else how to live. And it's all based on a pie-in-the-sky theory.

Fortunately, the all this global warming nonsense is beginning to unravel at the seems and Al Gore no longer shows his face in public and he flatly refuses debates because he knows he'll lose.

Literal beacons of the "green" energy movement, giant wind turbines have been one of the renewable energy sources of choice for the US government, which has spent billions of taxpayer dollars subsidizing their construction and use across the country. But high maintenance costs, high rates of failure, and fluctuating weather conditions that affect energy production render wind turbines expensive and inefficient, which is why more than 14,000 of them have since been abandoned, spinning, post-industrial junk which generates nothing but bird kills.
