The entire report was created from Republican and DJT inner-circle testimony. The entire report.
Trump still has supporters. None of them want to acknowledge the truth, and refuse to read the report. Then these same idiots speak with disdain, as if they aren't the ones who look entirely delusional.

Committee reports may also have important political consequences, though those effects are not necessarily planned or anticipated.
DOJ won't do anything. And shouldn't,
Happy that the House Select Committee had something to do the last year and a half.
Kept them from causing more havoc for the US economy, to begin with.
And pushing vaccines.

Trump attack on democracy because he did not like the election results and tried to prevent the handover of power.

The Democrats NEED Trump. They can run almost anyone against him - even an 82-year-old Joe Biden - and still win.

One of most heinous political crimes in our history...Donald Trump and his cabal of fellow criminals conspiring with far-right radical domestic terrorist groups to invalidate a free and fair election...
He deserves the most severe penalties our criminal justice system decrees...and obviously prohibited from seeking any political office ever again...
That however, won't likely prevent him from hustling and scamming his supporters - who in the face of clear evidence that he is playing them for fools, continue their unbending devotion and money-giving...
Which is why MAGA-world can only be described as a cult...

Trump caused an insurrection that nearly overthrew the federal government. For that crime (and that is what it is) Trump deserves to spend the rest of days in a federal prison with no chance of parole.
bass4funk
That will never happen, get used to it.
bass4funk
You have to be found guilty of making a crime first before being arrested.
wallace
No you do not.
bass4funk
Then you won’t be arrested.
Jimizo
Found guilty and then arrested?
I think you’ve painted yourself into a corner again here.
Let this one go.
wallace
First, you are arrested when there is sufficient evidence. Then you are charged with a crime. Next comes the trial when it is decided guilty or not. If guilty then comes the punishment.

Huh? In America? Which state, all of them?
Wow. You learn something new every day.

Indeed - that's the way the criminal justice system works - in countries this poster admires; Russia, China, Iran, etc...and obviously MAGA-world...
However, in the US criminal justice system, which this poster knows nothing about, it is detention, arrest, indictment, trial, conviction or acquittal, and sentencing...
bass4funk
Neither
Absolutely not
No reason to.
bass4funk
Well, if that were going to happen it would have, and since it hasn't the chances of that happening is slim to none.
Someone betting without chips....

Opposite of what you posted before; "You have to be found guilty of making a crime first before being arrested."
So in your view, is this statement you posted at 03:17 accurate or not?
bass4funk
Meaning, Trump going to prison has as much reality as AOC becoming President.
lincolnman
And the digging starts....ROFL..
Once more, is your statement at 03:17 where you say quote; ""You have to be found guilty of making a crime first before being arrested." unquote, accurate or are you now rescinding it and admitting you were wrong?
bass4funk
Says the people that have been hounding, and failing to get the former President for last 6 years, ROFL

Committees can recommend legal action, such as civil or criminal prosecutions, or both.
This is purely an opinion of Congress, to continue the witch hunt.
And this article is an opinion piece by a Smith College teacher.
That says it all.

How can I be wrong when the left was wrong in trying to get this guy? ROFL
Time is running out, just a few more days left, and the taste of crow is in their throats.

Maga gang of domestic terrorists are in trouble..
Send them to jail, with the big orange clown too, where they belong..
Bunch of pathetic criminal losers, lol!!..
wallace
plain fact is
"You have to be found guilty of making a crime first before being arrested."
not correct and never happens since suspects of a crime are arrested first.
wallace
The police arrest. The public prosecutor charges. The courts decide on guilt.

This all has nothing to do with Trump not going to prison for anything, it just won't happen. Relax.
Not anymore, the Dems time is up.
Again, that is just not going to happen, there are a few people on the left I think should definitely go to prison , but I'm a realist and I know it will never happen.
wallace
bass4funk
I never mentioned Trump. I was responding to your original comment
"You have to be found guilty of making a crime first before being arrested."
which is not correct and the law applies to all equally.
So the process is
The police arrest. The public prosecutor charges. The courts decide on guilt.
bass4funk
Yes.
Yes, but Trump is not going to get arrested.
I know our system, but again, has nothing to do with Trump not getting arrested.
wallace
bass4funk
personally, I don't know what will happen to Trump but I would be surprised if he was arrested. He's still got the case with the secret documents.
You were wrong when you said
"You have to be found guilty of making a crime first before being arrested."
But didn't say you made a mistake.
Yrral
Wallace, any person charged with a crime in the US are arrested and taken , before a judge, Trump will go through the same legal procedure
bass4funk
I understand all that, but that was never my point, my point was simply that Trump was not going to prison for any of what the Dems have been accusing him of, that was it.

Exactly.
This is the reality hard to swallow by the livid quasi-dems here.
They just have to look back in history to the treatment of their beloved Hillary to understand that.
Strangerland
Well, you guys don't know what the Dems need, because remember, your team all said that nominating Biden guaranteed a second Trump win.
That said, Trump 2024 is excellent for the Democrats, as Trump never even won in 2016, and the Republicans have gone on to be dominated in 2018, 2020, and 2022, all under Trump's leadership. The people have decided that a grievance campaign is not what they will vote for, yet Trump's campaign is exclusively that. So yeah, Trump 2024 is a good thing. Pair him up with MTG, and watch them both crash and burn.
bass4funk
I think now in this situation, it’s the opposite.
Hillary?
Not the House and that’s a huge deal to derail Biden’s agenda
