Congratulations to all Londoners and British people. Here in Brazil they are saying London was efficient and kind. I had a great time watching the Games, real fun.

Are we even talking about the same Olympics? The one that just finished in London, right? The one where the organizers couldn't get the right flags or national anthems to match the countries that were actually competing? The one where boxers who get nocked down 6 times in one round (!) are allowed to continue to compete? The only reason there was not politcal drama was that everyone who might possibly offend anyone's delicate sensibilities was sent packing. And if that's the way it's supposed to be, why is it that all you can seem to talk about is the half-time show. Who watches the olympics for the entertainers? It's SUPPOSED to be about athletics....or so I always assumed.

God, what a negative person you are... the number of incidents of bad judging were few and were for the most part resolved. Yes some were wrong, but you get that when people are allowed opinions. The flag incident happened once. I think there may be some anti-British bias here, everyone else seems to think it was a wonderful 2 weeks.

Can't please everyone I suppose.

When no one knew how vulnerable London might be, certain moronic remarks were made, which by all rights should now be eaten with a silver spoon. Congratulations to all our British friends!

Just watched the closing ceremony.

Absolutely superb!

The music was great!

Jessie J was incredible!

The dancing, choreography, singing and lighting were utterly amazing.

The organization was very smooth.

Amazing show.

This was a truly great Olympics!

I've never seen an Olympic Games with so many incidents...

Example: Flag mistakes(South Korea's flag shown, instead of North Korea), and in the medal ceremony for the Women's Volleyball on penultimate day, Saturday, August 11th, Gold medal winners brazilian athlets names were all mistakenly called out, not matching the names with the person who received the medal.

And so many controversial results, especially in football. Canada clearly won that Semi-final match against USA...However, because of the referee misjudging, Canada was penalized unfairly.

One thing that I really enjoyed is the London Olympics website, in which we could find all the information and videos of the events that we were interested to follow.

Thunderbird2-san,

I certainly did. But, I think you may be right.

I write positive things about the London Olympics and I get three minuses!
