Hopefully, the DoJ will appoint a special prosecutor to find out who in the Obama administration started the Russia hoax. MAGA!

Trump frequently claimed the election was "rigged" against him — until he won.

And after they lost the election, disregarding the function of the Electoral College, Democrats claimed they had really won due to the popular vote. Democrats have been playing victim ever since with as much candor as Jussie Smollett.

History shows incumbent presidents are very hard to defeat, and defeating this one, just got harder.

Ask any subcontractor who's ever worked on a Trump property: This is his MO, to cause harm through third agents (allowing himself to avoid prosecution, see) , plead victimhood, and then mercilessly attack. Only fools will buy this again - but there are many fools out there.

The more important point seems to be lost.

Such a partisan probe and witch hunt should never be allowed to happen against another duly-elected president.

An administration should never again be allowed to weaponize government departments and intelligence agencies against a political opponent and presidential candidate.

Those responsible should be brought to justice.

The current occupant of the White House in Washington, D.C. is a drama queen .... playing the victim role fits him well.

You have Maddow crying on TV, Matthews exploding, Sawtale going on lying that there is Russian collusion to the point the reporter is now chuckling and you have virtually every news pundits beside themselves going over the edge. If the President is whining, these people are then on the verge of mental and emotional suicide.

Remember when Trump promised - repeatedly - to release his tax returns? We'll probably see those at the same time we see the Mueller report. With Trump, words bear no fidelity with truth.

When someone correctly points out that they have been unfairly and unjustly accused of something, that's not a case of "playing the victim." It's telling the truth.

What a neat little game the anti-Trump media are playing. If he denies it, he's playing the victim. But if he says nothing, he's acquiescing.

Either way, the media can spin things into whichever anti-Trump direction they like.

Heaven forbid that they actually just, you know, objectively report the news.

So, you're proposing that sitting presidents not be allowed to be investigated. Immunity from the law sounds more like a dictatorship than a democracy.

He is the victim, the whole Russian Collusion thing was no more than a witch hunt because the Democrat favourite lost.

Why shouldn't he feel a little aggrieved?  Waste of time and money.

Agreed. Let's have the full force of the Trump administration, the DOJ, FBI and CIA spy on the campaign of the 2020 Dem nominee, and then conduct a counter-intelligence operation, complete with bogus FISA warrants on fabricated charges as an insurance policy in case the Dem manages to win.

He may not having been involved directly but none can ignore the Russian's interference in the last election. So he must have (had?) very very good friends by that time...

If I recall correctly, the Obama administration was in charge during the last election, along with the FBI, CIA, NSA, DOJ.

And Trump was supposed to lose big time according to polls. He didn't have any friends - just voters sick and tired of the Washington swamp.
