South Africa, Brazil and Argentina had nuclear weapons programs before they gave them up.

India was a bit smarter. Surrounded by lovely neighbors like China and Pakistan, it developed its own nuclear weapons and faced sanctions by the US for a few years.

Today India does not need to depend on any country for a nuclear umbrella.

Nobody wins in a nuclear war-that realization is evident.

Lots of these leaders ought shut their big mouth, especially the one that cannot defend themselves,lots of them know,they are just trying to score domestically political points at home
